Development Seminars

Bob Short has created and led seminars on office building development for development officers (managers) and related support personnel from all areas of the country for over five years.

A complete program, covering the full contents of the book is normally scheduled for four days, but targeted programs can be developed for a specific client.

Seminars may be arranged in Santa Barbara or any location requested by a client.  Small groups are the most effective as they permit meaningful class discussion.

Bob Short formed R. H. Short & Associates, Inc. after thirty years in major development with two large banks and two major development companies - Cadillac Fairview and Prentiss Properties.

R. H. Short & Associates provides complete services for the evaluation and direction of complex projects in order to achieve high quality, cost-effective buildings within approved budgets and schedules.

In addition to full project services, the company provides partial services for site evaluation, design criteria review and/or project evaluation.
